Hétről tizenegy számjegyűre változik a mobilszámok tárcsázása január 16-tól
Jövőre hálózaton belül sem tárcsázhatók hét számjeggyel a mobilszámok A hírközlési hálózatok azonosítóiról, azaz a telefonszámokról is szóló kormányrendelet változása szerint 2010. január 16. 00.00 órától a mobiltelefon-számokat csak a teljes formátum, azaz mind a 11 számjegy (belföldi előtét, hálózatkijelölő szám és előfizetői szám) tárcsázásával lehet hívni, és csak ez a formátum lesz használható SMS, MMS küldésnél is.
A három hazai mobiltelefon-szolgáltató ügyfeleinek száma közel 12 millió, és ez a szám a következő években várhatóan tovább fog nőni, azonban a rendelkezésre álló, kiosztható hívószámok korlátozottan állnak rendelkezésre. A hívószámok körének bővítése érdekében került sor a vonatkozó kormányrendeletek módosítására. Mivel megszűnik a hálózaton belüli hét számjegyes hívás és üzenetküldés lehetősége, újabb számmezők szabadulnak fel, kiadhatóvá válnak a 0-ás és 1-es számmal kezdődő hétjegyű előfizetői hívószámok is.
A Nemzeti Hírközlési Hatóság (NHH), a Hírközlési Fogyasztói Jogok Képviselője (HFJK), a Pannon, a T-Mobile és a Vodafone arra kér minden mobiltelefon-felhasználót, hogy már a januári változás előtt nézzék át a telefonmemóriában tárolt számokat, és amennyiben vannak csak hét számjeggyel beírtak, azokat írják át a 11 számjegyes formátumra.
Az előfizetőkhöz köthető mobiltelefon-számok a 06-os belföldi, vagy +36-os nemzetközi előhívóból, a szolgáltató kétjegyű hálózat kijelölő számából (20/30/70), valamint a hétjegyű előfizetői számból állnak. A hívószámok jövőre sem változnak, és más mobilhálózatokba ugyanúgy lehet hívást indítani, mint jelenleg. Hálózaton belül azonban az előfizetők mobilszámai 2010. január 16-ától már nem érhetőek el a hét számjegyű hívószámmal, és SMS vagy MMS küldésekor is a teljes, 11 számjegyből álló hívószámot kell majd megadni.
Az NHH, a HFJK, a Pannon, a T-Mobile és a Vodafone egyaránt azt javasolja az előfizetőknek, hogy minden esetben a belföldön és külföldön egyaránt használható nemzetközi formátumot (+36 előhívó, hálózat kijelölő szám, hívószám) használják és ezt a formátumot válasszák, amikor a telefonkönyvben eltárolt hétjegyű hívószámokat módosítják. Azaz azt javasolják, hogy a telefonjuk memóriájában tárolt hét jegyű számokat már most egészítsék ki a +36 azonosítóval és a hálózat kijelölő számmal (20/30/70). A jelenleg még hét jeggyel elmentett számokat minden előfizetőnek a saját szolgáltatója előhívójával (+3620; +3630; +3670) kell kiegészítenie.
Az NHH, a HFJK és a három mobilszolgáltató javasolja, hogy a sikeres átállás érdekében az érintettek mielőbb végezzék el a szükséges lépéseket így:
- Cégek és vállalkozások, magánszemélyek is ellenőrizzék a SIM kártyával működő riasztók – legyen az akár autóba szerelt, vagy lakásban, irodában lévő –, liftek és egyéb berendezések (pl.: távvezérelhető kazánok) tárcsázási beállítását, hogy azok 2010. január 16-tól is zavartalanul üzemeljenek.
- Célszerű ellenőrizni az esetleges számítógépes szoftverek beállításait, ahol tárcsázáshoz vagy üzenetküldéshez hívószám van rögzítve.
- Javasoljuk, hogy a vállalkozások, magánszemélyek és közintézmények fejléces papírjain, honlapjain, ill. névjegykártyáin illetve hirdetéseiben és egyéb felületein a telefonszámok a + 36-os formátummal kerüljenek feltüntetésre.
Fontos, hogy 2010. január 16. 00.00 órától a hét számjegy használata esetén a hívás sikertelen lesz, illetve az így küldött üzenetek nem érkeznek meg a címzettekhez. A sikertelen hívási kísérletről hangbemondás tájékoztatja az előfizetőket, míg a csak hét számjeggyel küldött SMS-ek és MMS-ek nem fognak megérkezni a címzetthez.
A hívószámok tárcsázásának változásával lehetővé válik a mobilszolgáltatók által használható számmező közel 6 millió telefonszámmal való bővítése. Január közepe után, a mobilszolgáltatók által kiadott hétjegyű előfizetői számok 0-val, vagy 1-gyel is kezdődhetnek majd, míg jelenleg a mobilszámok csak a 200 0000 – 999 9999 tartományból használhatók.

You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
