Hatalmas leépítés a Pannonnál
Összesen 250 pozíciót érint a Pannon tervezett leépítése, mellyel 1.9 milliárd forintot szeretnének megspórolni. Még idén további 1.1 milliárdos költségcsökkentés várható.
A Pannon ma új javaslatokat terjesztett elő házon belül a cég személyi költségeinek 1.9 milliárd forintos csökkentésére, amellyel egy időben konzultációkat kezdeményez dolgozóival. A javaslat a Pannon 2010-re vonatkozó, 3 milliárdos költségcsökkentési stratégiájának része. A lépés várhatóan 200 munkatársat és 50 egyéb, nem pannonos alkalmazottakkal betöltött pozíciót érint majd.
Egy neve elhallgatását kérő forrástól a Mobilport úgy tudja, hogy a Pannon bizonyos területeken már jelenleg is “emberhiánnyal” küzd, azaz néhány feladatra – köztük a marketing és PR tevékenységek ellátásával – nincs mindig kellő számú munkatárs.
Bár a 250 pozíciót érintő leépítés jelentős, a lépés nem váratlan. Már tavaly augusztusban beszámoltunk róla, hogy tömeges elbocsátást tervez a szolgáltató. Akkor a cég úgy reagált, hogy “jelenleg nem tervez tömeges leépítéseket. A Pannon az ügyfelek érdekeit tartja szem előtt, ezért célunk, hogy a cég is a piachoz hasonlóan rugalmas legyen”.
A leépítéssel keletkező megtakarításokat a termék- és szolgáltatás-fejlesztésre fordított befektetések szinten tartására, illetve növelésére fordítja a cég, különös tekintettel a mobil szélessávra és a jövőbeli LTE hálózatokra, melyet 2012-ben szeretnének az ügyfelek elé tárni.
