Kínai hálózatra vált Magyarországon a Telenor
A második legnagyobb kínai távközlési berendezés gyártó vállalat a ZTE Corp. mobil hálózati berendezéseket szállít és hálózatot épít ki a Telenor Magyarország mobil szolgáltató vállalatnak – írja a ZTE hétfőn kiadott közleménye.
A szerződés értelmében a ZTE teljes második, harmadik és negyedik (LTE) generációs hálózati rendszert épít ki Magyarországon az elkövetkező öt évben.
A ZTE közleménye nem tér ki a szerződés összegére, de a Telenor Magyarország vezérigazgatója, Anders Jensen a Népszabadságnak kétszázmillió euró feletti összegről nyilatkozott.
Jensen szerint az eszközök lecserélése két évig tart, az országban mintegy hatezer állomást kell lecserélni.
A ZTE a második legnagyobb kínai mobilhálózati berendezéseket gyártó vállalat a Huawei Technologies után és nagy piaci sikereket ért el a fejlődő térségekben olyan nemzetközi nagyvállalatokkal szemben, mint az Ericsson, a Nokia Siemens Networks, illetve az Alcatel Lucent SA.
A ZTE-nek már van együttműködési tapasztalata a norvég Telenor ASA-val, miután épített már a cég számára hálózatot Indiában és Montenegróban is.
A mobiltelefon hálózati piacon a magas adatátviteli kapacitású negyedik generációs (4G LTE) hálózatok kiépítéséért folyó versenyben egyre sikeresebbek a kínai vállalatok. A Huawei például tavaly nyerte el a megbízást a Telenor 4G hálózatának kiépítésére hazai, norvégiai piacán. A 200 millió eurós megbízást a kínai vállalat az Ericsson és Nokia Siemens Networks elől nyerte el. A ZTE pedig már hét 4G hálózatot telepített világszerte és több mint 50 kísérleti jellegű hálózatot helyezett üzembe. [Napi Gazdaság]
